Shipping Costs listed on your order are determined by the delivery address you provided.
Any Custom duties or special taxes levied by individual countries or governments will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPMENT
Your order shall be shipped to the delivery address provided.
Your order will be shipped in ONE SHIPMENT after ALL items become available.
You can refer to Availability of each item which is shown in your order on our website.
We recommend you split your orders if you do not wish to wait for the upcoming items.
Orders will be shipped within 5 working days provided payments are settled and stocks are available.
We send Orders via Airmail; if you wish the order to be sent by Courier. Please put in Remarks when placing the order. We will check the courier cost and charge the difference.
Actual courier cost will be applied on specific bulky items (AIR airplane / Diorama/Strictly Limited Items) as listed on our website.
The package box is used solely for the purpose of protecting product during shipment. Box may not be exchanged due to damage. Thank you for your understanding.
The customer must take full liability for any lost or stolen mails caused by the freight forwarding company they choose. We will not replace or refund for any lost mails.
AIRMAIL
Orders will be sent via HK Post which normally takes 2 to 3 weeks to arrive depending on the delivery location.
COURIER
Orders will be sent via Courier service which normally takes 3 to 7 working days to arrive depending on the delivery location. Additional shipping time shall be required if the location experiences severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc. K&C will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control.
We shall send you an email to include a tracking number of your order which you can track delivery progress on the appropriate shipping carrier’s website.
Special note: Airmail postal services from Hong Kong to some countries are currently suspended. Please check out at https://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/about_us/whats_new/index.html for more information. Please note an additional shipping fee will be charged if sending by DHL or FedEx
